Tooling Handling

Users can make a station into a Multiple Station by checking the Multi-Group check box, and then double-clicking the selected station to enter into the Multi-Group’s editing window to do some necessary modifications of the multiple station.
By using this function, the user can “Export” the current turret illustration file into an .xml file or “Import” another existing turret illustration file into the current machine.

NC Code Viewer

With this function, the system provides the user an easier and exact way to check the NC code according to the sequence. When the user selects a certain line in the NC code Viewer, the corresponding sequence will be highlighted in the work area.
(File->Generate NC code)

Turret Simulation

This option will show the graphic image of the actual turret and user can see the relative movement between sheet and the turret while viewing punching sequence.
(Preference->Display Options-> Show Turret Simulation)

Punching Condition

With this option, users can edit punching conditions for a tool directly when they inquire this tool. This makes it easier and more convenient to edit punching conditions.

Tool Scribe

Tool Scribe allows the user to pick a group of lines and arcs and assign a scribing tool based on the selected start point and end point. This is a useful function to assign a picked tool to an open path of line and arc without any side compensation.

Text Scribe

Scribe Text Tool is designed for the Punching user; it allows the user to draw text on the Part/Sheet and the system will assign a default scribe tool to it automatically.

Etch Text

Etch Text is designed for the Cutting user; it allows the user to draw text on the Part/Sheet and system will assign a default cutting condition (Etch) to it automatically.

Tool Sequence Priority

IntelliNEST Punch Nesting

Creates logical part placements. Use of common tools and grids enhance the punching process. Substitute tools- provide opportunity to have more parts nested in the same nest Job by consideration of the turrets tool limitation.
