Etch Text

Etch Text is designed for the Cutting user, allowing the user to draw text on the Part/Sheet. The system will assign a default cutting condition (Etch) to it automatically.

Auto Lead In / Lead Out

Automatic assignment of Lead In/Lead Out is based on material type and thickness. Many options are available, including the ability to pre-pierce entire sheets.

Auto Cutting Condition

Cutting conditions are automatically assigned based on size and type of feature. A simple parameter setting allows for a first pass to burn protective coatings.

Micro Joints

Micro joints may also be defined based on feature size. Separate settings are available for interior features and part perimeter.

Cutting Condition by Color

Various cutting conditions are distinguished by color providing a quick graphic verification of these key elements.

Auto Corner

All corner features are supported and may be assigned automatically based on the angle of the corner.

Auto Feature Avoidance

Automatic feature avoidance with true machine movement fully supports head down cutting.
