FabriWIN, the most widely used CAD/CAM package available for metal fabrication, provides estimating information directly to FabriTRAK, creating realistic quotes for your customers based on actual manufacturing considerations.

Once an order is placed, FabriWIN ensures that you will be able to meet your customers’ needs. FabriWIN will generate programming code faster and more efficiently for all of your punching, cutting and combination machines. You can optimize material utilization with our optional IntelliNEST Nesting and Scheduling module. With our optional FabriBEND module, you can simulate the bending process, reducing the need for costly and time-consuming prototypes.

The results of the process will be a completed operational set-up and bending sequences for all parts that pass. Any parts that may need expert overview are tagged and interaction inside of FabriBEND will provide assist in defining bending process or provide feedback that may require part modification or redesign. Why wait until a part is processed through a punch or laser and than moved to the press brake to find that the part or machine is not being produced to specification. Simulation of in process manufacturing saves time and effort.

During the manufacturing process, FabriTRAK can be connected directly to machines in your operation to provide shop scheduling and real time feed back of each job that is currently running and the scheduling of release jobs across all work centers. Linking the dynamics of Intellinest with FabriTRAK eliminates the need to manually define parts requirements to the start nesting process. The results of the Nesting process directly provide a WO nest to allow proper costing that is otherwise difficult to separate when unlike parts are processed within the same material and machine process. Dr.Abe extends the bending simulation by providing batch process across multiple parts at one time. This is done without the need for an operator.
